Objectives

Today, wireless networks are fast expanding, and wireless Local Area Networks (LANs) now only require a small amount of physical cable to cover a large area. As such, deployments in offices, factories, campuses and bus stations are becoming ever more common and popular.

The objective of this course is to provide students knowledge of wireless networks and wireless LAN technology. Students will be given a solid background on wireless technology, and its related problems, deployment and troubleshooting strategies. Upon completing the course, students will have a good understanding of new wireless LAN trends and ZyXEL Wireless LAN products. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to deploy a WLAN network using ZyXEL Wireless LAN products.
